Simpro Virtual Assistant for Australian Trades Businesses

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Simpro Virtual Assistant to provide administrative and operational assistance to Australian trades companies. This role involves managing job scheduling, invoicing, and overall workflow coordination using the Simpro software platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee job management, work orders, and scheduling within Simpro
• Generate and handle quotations, purchase orders, invoices, and job costing details
• Collaborate effectively with technicians, field personnel, suppliers, and customers
• Keep precise records of customers, suppliers, and jobs
• Track job progress ensuring all documentation is up to date and complete
• Offer general administrative assistance and support day-to-day operational functions

Requirements

• Proven prior experience as a Simpro Virtual Assistant supporting Australian trade businesses
• Demonstrated hands-on expertise with Simpro is essential
• Familiarity with industries such as Plumbing, Electrical, HVAC, Fire Protection, Security, or Construction
• Strong knowledge of Australian trades workflows and job management processes
• Excellent organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail
• Proficient English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Capable of independently managing multiple responsibilities and priorities

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using accounting software like Xero, MYOB, or QuickBooks
• Understanding of quoting, invoicing, payroll, and inventory systems
• Background supporting field technicians and scheduling teams
• Previous remote work experience with Australian clients
