Job Overview
We seek a friendly, courteous, and results-driven Showroom Sales Executive to join our team at The Taste of Malwa's showroom. The role involves greeting customers, presenting information about our range of products including Namkeen, Gajak, Sweets, and other food items, and driving sales growth.
Primary Duties
- Welcome and assist customers visiting the showroom with a positive attitude.
- Provide detailed and helpful product explanations to aid purchase decisions.
- Strive to meet or exceed defined sales goals.
- Operate billing and point-of-sale systems when necessary.
- Keep accurate records of cash and digital transactions.
- Ensure the showroom remains tidy and products are attractively displayed.
- Monitor stock quantities and inform management when replenishment is needed.
- Address customer complaints and feedback courteously and professionally.
- Engage in telecalling activities aimed at existing customers.
Compensation
Monthly salary ranges between 12,000 and 25,000 INR.
