Sales & Marketing Executive

Position Overview

We are seeking a Sales & Marketing Executive to join Shish Jewels in Surat, Gujarat. This role involves managing client accounts, driving sales, and supporting marketing efforts primarily in the jewellery and diamond sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage existing customer relationships and handle order placements via phone, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
• Build and maintain strong connections with international clients.
• Identify and secure new customers using social media, online platforms, and direct outreach methods.
• Coordinate marketing campaigns and product promotions on channels such as Instagram, company websites, and Etsy.
• Follow up with customers on payment processes and account-related issues.
• Provide clients with catalogs, product videos, CAD designs, and necessary product information.
• Review and process customer orders while liaising with Production, CAD, Diamond, and Dispatch teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Monitor urgent orders to guarantee prompt delivery.
• Verify sales invoices and maintain accurate sales documentation.
• Send regular account statements to customers and address any account queries.
• Manage export and import procedures related to product repairs and replacements.

Required Skills

• Familiarity with social media marketing and online promotional strategies.
• Basic computer proficiency including MS Excel, email handling, and WhatsApp.
• Excellent follow-up and coordination capabilities.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or business development will be ideal. Prior work experience within the jewellery or diamond industry is highly advantageous.

Compensation

The monthly salary range is INR 15,000 to 25,000.
