Healthcare Sales Executive

Role Overview

As a Healthcare Sales Executive at Aeran Lab (India) Private Limited located in Mumbai, you will engage with patients throughout India to understand their healthcare requirements. Your role includes educating patients about our healthcare products and treatment services while establishing and maintaining strong professional relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Interact with patients nationwide to assess their health needs.
• Advise patients about specific healthcare products and available treatment programs.
• Develop and nurture patient relationships through effective and professional communication.
• Perform consistent follow-ups with both existing and new patient contacts.
• Meet monthly sales targets and patient engagement objectives.
• Keep precise records of all patient communications and interactions.

Necessary Qualifications and Skills

• Proficient communication skills in Hindi; knowledge of other regional languages is beneficial.
• Prior experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
• Positive demeanor with strong persuasion and relationship management abilities.
• Fundamental computer skills to manage documentation and communication.

Compensation and Benefits

• Fixed monthly salary ranging from ₹14,000 to ₹15,000.
• Additional performance-based incentives up to ₹8,000 per month.

• Work days: Monday through Saturday.
