Role Purpose and Hours

This role centers on contributing to a dynamic retail environment that promotes great bargains and champions sustainability, along with community initiatives. Working hours are Tuesday through Saturday, from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities

• Restock shelves and maintain store cleanliness to uphold presentation and hygiene standards.
• Deliver exceptional customer service consistently.
• If the store includes online order fulfillment, efficiently pick items from shelves, package orders correctly, and follow all processes to maximize shelf availability.

Candidate Profile

While prior experience in customer-facing roles such as retail or hospitality is advantageous, it is not mandatory. Candidates should possess strong communication abilities, a positive mindset, and a readiness to learn new skills. Physical requirements include standing for long periods, climbing ladders, and performing moderately heavy lifting.
