Tenkomori Ramen House is an expanding restaurant brand with five locations across New South Wales, Australia. We are currently seeking dedicated Shop Managers or Supervisors to join our Sydney outlets and support our continuous growth.

Role Overview

We are looking for motivated individuals to take on leadership roles in our ramen shops. While prior cooking experience is not mandatory, we value strong communication and leadership skills along with a positive and dependable attitude.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily shop operations ensuring excellent service and smooth functioning.
• Provide guidance and supervision to staff to maintain a productive team environment.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and uphold the brand reputation.

Candidate Requirements

• Effective communication skills capable of managing staff and interacting with customers.
• Proven management or leadership abilities.
• A trustworthy, positive, and reliable approach to work.
• No prior cooking experience necessary as full training will be provided.
• English language proficiency at a basic to intermediate level sufficient for simple communication.
• Eligible visa status including working holiday, student, business, permanent resident, or citizenship in Australia.
