Role overview
This position is a practical, hands-on opportunity for someone who enjoys mechanical work and wants to build technical skills while growing within a well-established vehicle maintenance environment. Prior experience is not necessary. The role supports repair shop staff, offers exposure to shop operations, and includes room for advancement. Candidates with either entry-level interest or prior vehicle-repair experience may be considered.
You will work with proprietary tools and systems to help inspect and maintain field vehicles. The company supports employees with the resources and training needed to succeed and develop over time.
Primary duties
- Assist in mounting, balancing, and removing tires using specialized equipment.
- Handle battery maintenance and recycling tasks.
- Keep the workspace orderly and clean.
- Operate equipment to resurface brake rotors and drums.
- Help rebuild trailer parts, including brake assemblies and equalizers.
- Support shop technicians and other team members as needed.
- Be forklift certified.
Minimum qualifications
- A valid driver’s license is required.
- The ability to maintain a clean driving record is required.
