Key duties

• Supervise and coordinate shifts so service runs efficiently, safely, and smoothly.
• Make sure operational processes and safety requirements are followed at all times.
• Train, guide, and coach team members to improve performance.
• Set the standard for excellent customer service on every shift.
• Help grow sales through strong service and appropriate suggestive selling.
• Carry out the National Marketing Plan to improve the customer experience.
