Key duties
- Supervise and coordinate shifts so service runs efficiently, safely, and smoothly.
- Make sure operational processes and safety requirements are followed at all times.
- Train, guide, and coach team members to improve performance.
- Set the standard for excellent customer service on every shift.
- Help grow sales through strong service and appropriate suggestive selling.
- Carry out the National Marketing Plan to improve the customer experience.
