About the role
IHG Hotels & Resorts is looking for a Room Attendant to join voco Kirkton Park Hunter Valley in Pokolbin, New South Wales. Set across 70 acres of landscaped gardens and countryside with sweeping mountain scenery, the property offers a distinctive guest experience in wine country. The role suits someone who takes pride in immaculate housekeeping, notices the smallest details, and enjoys helping create memorable stays.

What you'll do
- Prepare guest rooms to a consistently high standard so each room is ready and welcoming.
- Assist guests with practical needs such as helping them locate their room or replacing forgotten items like a toothbrush.
- Flag maintenance concerns promptly and support scheduled deep-cleaning activities when required.
What we're looking for
This is a hands-on position that involves being on your feet for much of the shift, along with bending and lifting. You should be dependable, work well with others, and communicate clearly. The role also requires flexibility to work different shift patterns, including weekends and public holidays.
