About the Role

As a Shift Leader at Panda Restaurant Group in Opelika, AL, you will play a pivotal role in bringing Panda's mission to life by supporting management in delivering exceptional food, heartfelt service, and a welcoming ambiance. Tasks include preparing hot and cold foods using specialized kitchen tools, such as Chinese cook knives, while maintaining precision and speed. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for up to four hours, and reach across 36-inch counters is necessary. Kitchens are hot, often noisy, and space is constrained.
