Role Overview

As a Serviceperson within our Maintenance Team, you will work on a challenging 14/7 roster at the Yilgarn Iron Ore Project, which includes Koolyanobbing, Windarling, and Parker Range sites located on the traditional lands of the Marlinyu Ghoorlie Native Title Group. This position offers a dynamic work environment where your passion and energy for maintenance activities will be celebrated. You will play a critical role in maintaining and repairing tire and track earthmoving machinery, contributing significantly to operational excellence and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct servicing and repairs on earthmoving machinery, focusing on tyres and tracks.
• Support preventative maintenance by diagnosing and troubleshooting issues on off-highway equipment.
• Maintain a strong dedication to safety protocols and quality standards at all times.
• Detect equipment faults during servicing, addressing them directly or reporting to workshop management.
• Operate effectively both independently and collaboratively within the maintenance team to complete assigned tasks.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience as a Serviceperson in a mining environment or workshop setting.
• Competence in operating highway service trucks.
• Possession of a valid HR driver's licence is mandatory.
• Strong commitment to health and safety standards during all activities.
• Possession of High Risk Work Licences such as WP, LF, and Rigging will be advantageous.
