About the Role

Join Tesla's mission to drive the global shift to sustainable energy by contributing as an Automotive Technician within our Used Car Refurbishment Centres in the UK and Ireland. As a Service Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and improving Tesla's innovative vehicles, ensuring they meet the highest standards before reaching customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and maintenance on Tesla vehicles utilizing proprietary software and advanced tools, working independently or under guidance depending on your expertise.
• Conduct thorough inspections to uphold strict quality standards, ensuring vehicles are repaired right the first time.
• Enhance customer satisfaction by refurbishing used cars efficiently without compromising quality.
• Collaborate across local and regional teams to share best practices aimed at enriching the service experience.
• Engage in continuous development through in-house training focused on Tesla technology and electric vehicle repairs.

Candidate Profile

• Proven technical experience in servicing and repairing vehicles, preferably within automotive, aviation, marine, or related sectors.
• Relevant certification or demonstrable expertise in vehicle repair applicable in the UK or similar regions, with a proactive attitude towards skill advancement.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills in English, capable of conveying information clearly and respectfully.
• Possess a valid full EU driver’s license held for at least two years.
• Flexible to work shifts including mornings, evenings, and weekends, and willing to travel when necessary to support wider service operations.
• Eligible to work in Ireland.
