Service Technician

Overview

We are seeking skilled Automotive Technicians to join Tesla’s Service Centers in Dubai. As a key member of our service team, you will play a critical role in supporting Tesla’s mission of advancing sustainable energy by maintaining and repairing pioneering electric vehicles.

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize Tesla-specific software and tools to perform maintenance and repairs on a range of Tesla vehicles.
• Uphold the highest quality standards by carefully inspecting vehicles before they are returned to customers and during pre-delivery checks.
• Collaborate with local and regional teams to exchange support and best practices, enhancing overall service quality.
• Participate in dedicated internal training programs focused on Tesla technologies and electric vehicle repair to continuously develop your skills.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Professional experience in vehicle repair and servicing, preferably within automotive, aviation, marine, or related industries.
• Relevant certifications for vehicle repair are preferred but not mandatory.
• Proficient in written and spoken English, with clear and respectful communication skills.
• Must possess a valid GCC full driver’s license.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends, mornings, and evenings, as well as to travel for mobile repairs when necessary.
