Role Overview
We are seeking a committed and skilled Service Scheduler to join our team based in Perth Airport, WA. This role focuses on managing scheduling for fleet maintenance to ensure seamless operations aligning with safety standards and customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate daily fleet activities ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and customer needs for safe, efficient operations.
- Manage fleet movement schedules, including booking vehicles for both internal maintenance and original equipment manufacturer (OEM) workshops.
- Promptly handle work orders and purchase order allocations to maintain workflow efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with fleet maintenance teams to facilitate effective service scheduling and support branch operations as required.
Requirements
- Demonstrated background in fleet management or a related field with relevant experience.
- Strong organizational abilities, capable of prioritizing and managing multiple scheduling tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills to engage with customers, operational personnel, and stakeholders maintaining smooth operation flows.
- Experience with online booking systems and maintenance scheduling software, preferably those used for asset scheduling.
