Role Overview

We are seeking a Service Repair Technician to join our recently opened Milwaukee Service Centre in Penrose, Auckland. The technician will diagnose and repair returned products in line with manufacturer warranties and New Zealand regulations to ensure superior customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Disassemble and reassemble products to accurately identify faults.
• Provide high-quality repairs promptly.
• Seek continual improvements in warranty and service procedures to enhance efficiency.
• Track repair patterns and determine inventory and spare parts needs.
• Comply with all safety, health, and company regulations.
• Adhere to relevant legal and ethical standards in all tasks.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Holding a restricted electrical license or appliance electrical testing license is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Strong technical and mechanical aptitude with enthusiasm for repairing electrical products.
• Effective problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to manage time effectively and meet key performance indicators.
• Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills.

Work Conditions

This is an on-site full-time role based at our Penrose facility with working hours generally between 8:00 AM and 4:30 PM. No travel is required.
