Role Overview
We are looking for a Service Centre Administrator to become part of our friendly, expanding team at the newly renovated Milwaukee Service Centre located in Penrose, Auckland. This role supports the service operations team by optimizing efficiency and acting as the main point of contact for the service centre. This opportunity offers a Monday to Friday schedule within a supportive work culture, alongside comprehensive training—ideal for those wanting to start a career in warehouse or workshop administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive customer tools either in-person at the walk-in service centre or via freight from distribution partners.
- Manage incoming and outgoing freight corresponding to customer orders and returns.
- Handle packing, unpacking, and manage inventory accurately.
- Register incoming repair requests on the Milwaukee Warranty Portal and complete all necessary documentation.
- Assign tools according to operational workflows.
- Distribute ordered spare parts linked with the relevant service claims.
- Keep records updated and correctly allocate spare parts stock to appropriate locations.
- Coordinate with the After-Sales support team to retrieve necessary claim details.
- Perform diagnosis and replacement of items such as batteries, chargers, and radios.
- Provide customers and retailers with timely updates regarding their warranty claims through phone and email communications.
Required Skills and Experience
- Strong administrative abilities and intermediate computer proficiency.
- Experience with SAP, C4C, Salesforce, or comparable technology platforms is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to manage deadlines effectively and demonstrate excellent time management.
- Excellent communication skills combined with an enthusiastic and proactive attitude.
- Attention to detail and capacity to show initiative in daily tasks.
- Candidates with retail or hospitality backgrounds possessing good administrative and IT skills are welcomed to apply.
- Willingness to work from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is considered an advantage.
