Compensation
The pay range for this role is $75,000 to $125,000+ per year.

What You Will Do
- Examine residential plumbing systems, locate faults, and diagnose issues while helping customers make informed decisions.
- Explain plumbing problems clearly to customers.
- Teach customers how their plumbing systems work and what they need.
- Keep job inventories fully stocked and organized.
- Record completed work according to company procedures.
- Present yourself professionally and maintain proper conduct in all work settings.
- Schedule service or installation appointments when required.
What We Need From You
- A minimum of 2 years of residential plumbing experience.
- Working knowledge of plumbing codes and safety practices.
- Experience handling a fleet vehicle and managing product inventory.
- Ability to pass a motor vehicle check, background screening, and drug test.
- Strong customer service ability, along with honesty, reliability, and dependability.
- Good physical dexterity.
Work Environment
This is a full-time, onsite position based in Lakeland, Florida.
