Role Summary

This remote, contract opportunity is for a Carrier Relations Executive specializing in Voice and SMS. The position centers on developing and sustaining productive relationships with telecom carriers, shaping commercial agreements, identifying growth opportunities, and coordinating the full logistics of carrier interconnects. The role also covers voice and SMS routing oversight, account management support, and ensuring consistently high service quality. Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong working relationships with telecom carriers and related partners.
• Lead discussions and negotiate commercial terms and partnership agreements.
• Support business development by spotting and pursuing new opportunities.
• Coordinate end-to-end carrier interconnect logistics and operational flow.
• Monitor and manage voice and SMS routing to support service reliability.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Solid background in carrier relations and telecommunications, including carrier interconnect and global telecom services.

• Capacity to work autonomously in a remote setup, with strong problem-solving and multitasking skills.
• A bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Business Administration, or a related discipline is preferred.
