Compensation
The expected annual pay range for this position is $75,000 to $125,000+, depending on experience and performance.

What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Evaluating, diagnosing, and resolving issues in residential plumbing systems while helping customers make informed decisions.
- Explaining plumbing problems clearly to customers.
- Teaching customers about their plumbing systems, how they function, and what they need.
- Keeping each assigned job fully stocked with the required inventory.
- Recording completed work in line with company procedures.
- Maintaining a polished, professional appearance and conduct in every work setting.
- Arranging plumbing service or installation appointments when necessary.
What You’ll Need
- At least 2 years of residential plumbing experience.
- Working knowledge of plumbing codes and safety practices.
- Experience handling a fleet vehicle and managing product inventory.
- Ability to pass a motor vehicle check, background screening, and drug test.
- Excellent customer service, along with honesty, reliability, and dependability.
- Good physical dexterity.
