  • Keep an eye on spare parts orders and delivery timelines to support timely service delivery.
  • Track workshop repairs and organise collection and delivery with customers.
  • Help prepare parts for service work, including stock returns and maintaining inventory accuracy.
  • Monitor labour usage, technician productivity, and job margins against budget expectations.
  • Make sure service activity and job information is entered correctly and kept up to date in company systems.
  • Maintain customer asset records in Konecranes operating systems.
  • Coordinate technician travel, including flights and accommodation when required.
  • Assist with customer KPI reporting and rolling three-month forecasts for planned work and invoicing.
  • Support the upkeep of customer site induction records so compliance requirements stay current.
