Service Parts Coordinator (Inventory & Distribution)

Role Overview

We are seeking a meticulous Service Parts Coordinator to join the team on a contract basis and support inventory and distribution activities. The position is focused on keeping service parts available and ensuring smooth operations for technicians and customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out day-to-day inventory movements such as goods receipt, stock transfers, rental and picking activity, and stock adjustments.
• Perform regular cycle counts and physical stock checks to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Track slow-moving, obsolete, and surplus stock, and share recommended corrective actions with the Parts Manager.
• Ensure service parts are delivered on time to technicians, dealers, and customers.
• Coordinate closely with service teams so parts are available for repair and maintenance work.
• Keep inventory and distribution information updated accurately in the NERP/WMS system.
• Follow up on urgent requirements and backordered parts.
• Provide support for counter parts sales during lunch break hours.

Requirements

• Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a closely related discipline.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in inventory, warehouse, or parts-related operations.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle work in a fast-paced setting.

Additional Information

This is a 1-year contract role with the possibility of renewal. Candidates should include their expected salary and notice period when submitting an application.
