About the Role

Bartons Motor Group, a family-owned automotive leader celebrating over 80 years of excellence, is seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Service Manager to oversee the Mitsubishi, Subaru, and GWM Service Department at Capalaba. With a thriving retail of more than 750 vehicles monthly and representation of 18 brands, this is an exceptional opportunity to lead a dynamic and fast-paced workshop environment.

Responsibilities

• Direct the daily functions of the Service Department ensuring smooth and efficient operation.
• Enhance sales performance, operational productivity, and customer satisfaction.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop the service team to maximize their potential.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and manufacturer standards.
• Consistently meet and surpass internal benchmarks and OEM KPIs.
• Manage accurate and timely warranty claim processing.
• Deliver exceptional customer service at every interaction point.

Candidate Profile

• Proven track record as a Service Manager in a high-volume automotive dealership.
• Strong leadership capabilities along with effective team-building skills.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on superior customer service.
• Advanced organisational skills with adept time management.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Aftersales operations in the automotive sector.
