Service, Maintenance and Installation Engineer/Technician

Role Overview

We are seeking skilled engineers and technicians specializing in the installation, maintenance, and repair of elevator systems to join our team in the Chennai suburban area. The role involves ensuring the continuous, safe, and efficient functioning of lifts through regular servicing and timely troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform installation, maintenance, and repairs on elevator and lift systems to guarantee operational reliability.
• Carry out routine inspections aimed at early identification of faults and to execute preventive maintenance effectively.
• Work collaboratively with fellow technicians to diagnose and rectify complex elevator issues.
• Design and adhere to maintenance schedules to reduce equipment downtime and optimize service quality.
• Ensure all tasks comply strictly with established safety standards and regulatory requirements.
• Deliver high-quality customer support and service, addressing client concerns and queries promptly.

Candidate Qualifications

• Education qualification of ITI, Diploma, or Engineering degree in any discipline is required.
• Demonstrable experience in elevator installation, maintenance, and servicing is essential.
• Strong understanding of elevator mechanical systems coupled with electrical components knowledge.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
• Capability to operate independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
• Familiarity with and commitment to safety rules and industry regulations.
