Role Overview
The Service Head will lead after-sales service activities, ensuring customers receive prompt support, issue resolution, and technical assistance. This role involves guiding the service function, improving customer experience, and coordinating with internal teams to handle technical and operational challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Run day-to-day after-sales service operations and make sure customer complaints are addressed without delay.
- Lead the team handling technical support, repairs, and maintenance for customers.
- Create and execute initiatives aimed at improving customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with different departments to troubleshoot and resolve complicated technical problems in electrical equipment.
- Maintain adherence to company rules, internal procedures, and applicable regulatory standards.
Candidate Profile
- 1 to 3 years of experience in after-sales service management or a closely related area.
- Diploma or B.Tech/B.E. in Electrical from a recognized institute.
