About the Role

At Otis Elevator Company, a global leader in elevator and escalator manufacturing, installation, and servicing, we are seeking a Service Field Professional to join our team in Singapore. As a Service Field Professional, you will report to the Service Engineer and be an integral member of the service team, tasked with providing technical support related to the servicing, maintenance, and repair of elevators, escalators, and mechanical parking systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular maintenance and servicing tasks which include mechanical adjustments, lubrication, safety device testing, troubleshooting, inspections, parts recommendations, and replacements in line with local regulatory standards.
  • Adhere strictly to Environmental, Health and Safety (EH&S) protocols to ensure safe working conditions.
  • Respond promptly to breakdown maintenance requests at various job locations.
  • Collaborate with the Service Operations Team to meet departmental goals regarding service sales and quality standards.

Candidate Requirements

  • Possess a Diploma or Higher Nitec qualification in Vertical Transportation, Engineering, or related fields.
  • Hold a valid Certificate of Competency (CoC) certification.
  • Have at least two years of experience servicing and maintaining elevators and escalators.
  • Demonstrate basic proficiency in English.
  • Exhibit strong teamwork skills, adaptability, and agility in dynamic environments.
