Role Overview
This position involves working from the in-store service desk, primarily on Fridays and Saturdays from 12pm to 8pm. The role requires a customer-focused individual dedicated to providing excellent service. Key duties include addressing customer inquiries, handling returns, exchanges, refunds, and transfers efficiently, and offering assistance to the Loss Prevention team to enhance store security and safety. Additionally, supporting the Checkout area to maintain smooth transaction flow is expected.
Candidate Profile
- Experience in retail, hospitality, or other customer-facing roles is preferred.
- A proactive and positive mindset.
- Keen attention to detail.
- Physical ability to handle tasks such as heavy lifting, climbing ladders, and standing for extended periods.
