Role Overview
This position is for a Service Desk Analyst at Level 1, based in Hyderabad, India. The role focuses on handling incoming support requests, keeping service records up to date, resolving issues within agreed timelines, and partnering with internal IT teams when cases need escalation.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle service requests and support queries received through phone, email, and chat.
- Log and update cases accurately in ServiceNow.
- Work toward resolving issues within SLA commitments.
- Coordinate with the IT team on tickets that require escalation.
Compensation
The pay range provided for this role is INR 300000 to INR 492000 per year.
