Role Overview
This position is for a Service Desk Analyst at Level 1, based in Chennai. The role involves handling day-to-day support interactions, logging and tracking requests, and ensuring issues are moved toward resolution in line with agreed service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to service requests received through phone, email, and chat channels.
- Keep service records accurate and up to date in ServiceNow.
- Work on cases with the goal of resolving them within SLA timelines.
- Coordinate with the IT team when issues need escalation or additional technical input.
Eligibility
Applicants must hold any graduate degree.
Compensation
The role offers an annual salary in the range of INR 3,00,000 to INR 4,92,000.
