Role Overview

TungLok Teahouse is looking for dedicated Service Crew members to deliver exceptional dining experiences with warm hospitality and efficient service.

Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome guests upon arrival and provide friendly, professional service throughout their visit
• Accurately take orders and ensure prompt delivery of food and drinks
• Address customer questions, resolve complaints positively, and gather feedback
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in dining and service areas at all times
• Process payment transactions using POS systems, handling cash and credit with care
• Replenish service supplies and stock items as necessary to ensure smooth operation
• Carry out opening and closing duties as designated by management
• Perform any other assigned tasks to support the team and business operations

Requirements

• Previous experience in food service or hospitality will be a plus but is not mandatory
• Strong communication skills and a genuine commitment to customer service excellence
• Positive attitude, approachable demeanor, and ability to work cooperatively within a team
• Passion for working in the food and beverage sector and delivering quality service
• Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays as required
• Capability to thrive in a busy, fast-moving environment
• Physical ability to stand and be active throughout shifts
• Basic computer proficiency, well organized, and self-driven to complete tasks efficiently
