TungLok Teahouse is looking for dedicated Service Crew members to deliver exceptional dining experiences with warm hospitality and efficient service.

Warmly welcome guests upon arrival and provide friendly, professional service throughout their visit
Accurately take orders and ensure prompt delivery of food and drinks
Address customer questions, resolve complaints positively, and gather feedback
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in dining and service areas at all times
Process payment transactions using POS systems, handling cash and credit with care
Replenish service supplies and stock items as necessary to ensure smooth operation
Carry out opening and closing duties as designated by management
Perform any other assigned tasks to support the team and business operations

Previous experience in food service or hospitality will be a plus but is not mandatory
Strong communication skills and a genuine commitment to customer service excellence
Positive attitude, approachable demeanor, and ability to work cooperatively within a team
Passion for working in the food and beverage sector and delivering quality service
Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays as required
Capability to thrive in a busy, fast-moving environment
Physical ability to stand and be active throughout shifts
Basic computer proficiency, well organized, and self-driven to complete tasks efficiently
