Job Overview
We are looking for energetic team members to join the service team and help deliver warm, attentive, and high-quality dining experiences for guests at the restaurant.
Key Duties
- Greet visitors in a courteous, upbeat, and professional manner.
- Record food and beverage orders accurately and in a timely way.
- Work closely with the kitchen team to make sure orders are prepared and delivered correctly.
- Check on guests during service and respond promptly to any concerns to maintain satisfaction.
- Keep the dining area tidy, orderly, and presentable.
- Use the point-of-sale system to process payments.
- Support restaurant operations, including opening and closing tasks, order taking, table setup, and cleaning.
- Carry out other assigned tasks as needed.
Candidate Profile
- Experience in food and beverage service will be an advantage.
- Strong track record in customer-facing service.
- Good verbal communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Neat presentation and a pleasant manner.
- Comfortable working in a busy, high-energy environment.
- Detail-oriented with a helpful, proactive attitude.
- Willingness to work flexible schedules, including shifts, split shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
