F&B Service Expert (Dry)

Role Overview

This position is part of the food and beverage service team at The Luxury Collection in Diriyah, Riyadh. The role is focused on creating a polished and memorable dining experience through attentive guest interaction, smooth service delivery, and support across the dining area and service stations.

What You Will Do

• Prepare tables and dining areas for service.
• Communicate effectively with the kitchen and service team.
• Serve guests and support their dining experience from arrival through payment.
• Keep work areas, tools, and supplies clean and organized.
• Handle service transactions in a way that feels seamless and hospitality-focused.
• Follow safety rules, company procedures, and quality standards at all times.
• Maintain a professional appearance, grooming, and communication style.
• Carry out other reasonable duties assigned as needed.

Working Conditions

This is a full-time, non-management role based on-site in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The work involves being on your feet for long periods, moving across different surface types, and performing physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, bending, twisting, stooping, and reaching. The role also requires reading and checking menu details carefully while working.

Eligibility and Experience

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED equivalent and at least 1 year of relevant work experience. No supervisory background is needed, and no license or certification is required.
