About the Role

SWK Technologies provides managed IT services and technology solutions to organizations across a wide range of industries. The company is looking for a proactive, detail-driven Service Coordinator to support its Managed Service Provider (MSP) operations and help deliver reliable service along with a positive client experience.

What You’ll Do

  • Serve as the point of contact connecting clients, technicians, and leadership during service coordination.
  • Organize and route service tickets based on urgency and the type of work required.
  • Help keep service delivery smooth, timely, and aligned with client expectations.
  • Support day-to-day operations in a fast-moving team environment.
  • Contribute to maintaining strong client relationships through responsive and customer-oriented coordination.

What We’re Looking For

  • Background in service coordination, customer support, or a similar role, ideally in an MSP or IT services setting.
  • Strong planning, organization, and multitasking capabilities.
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills.
  • Comfort using ticketing platforms and CRM tools.
  • Ability to assess priorities and manage time efficiently.
  • A service-first mindset focused on client satisfaction and quality delivery.

Compensation

This position offers an hourly pay range of $18 to $28.
