SWK Technologies provides managed IT services and technology solutions to organizations across a wide range of industries. The company is looking for a proactive, detail-driven Service Coordinator to support its Managed Service Provider (MSP) operations and help deliver reliable service along with a positive client experience.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the point of contact connecting clients, technicians, and leadership during service coordination.
- Organize and route service tickets based on urgency and the type of work required.
- Help keep service delivery smooth, timely, and aligned with client expectations.
- Support day-to-day operations in a fast-moving team environment.
- Contribute to maintaining strong client relationships through responsive and customer-oriented coordination.
What We’re Looking For
- Background in service coordination, customer support, or a similar role, ideally in an MSP or IT services setting.
- Strong planning, organization, and multitasking capabilities.
- Clear verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfort using ticketing platforms and CRM tools.

Compensation
This position offers an hourly pay range of $18 to $28.
