Role overview
In this position, you will be the first point of contact for customers at the dealership and help ensure they feel welcome from the very first moment. Your friendly manner, strong organizational ability and service mindset will play an important role in creating a positive customer experience.
Key duties
- Welcome and look after customers at the reception area, making sure they feel well received from the start.
- Support daily service workflows, including appointment coordination, invoicing and complaints handling.
- Respond to customer questions and requests in a approachable and service-oriented way to help maintain high satisfaction.
- Work closely with service advisors to ensure customers receive professional and efficient support in day-to-day operations.
What you should bring
- Completed training as an automotive sales assistant or a similar commercial qualification.
- Ideally, some initial experience in customer contact or a service-related environment.
- A natural talent for dealing with people, along with a friendly presence, strong communication skills and excellent manners.
- A structured and dependable way of working, with the ability to stay organised even when handling several tasks at once; confidence in using IT systems.
- A cooperative mindset combined with initiative, solution-oriented thinking and openness to new tasks.
- Genuine enjoyment in delivering high-quality service and contributing to a positive customer experience every day.
- A positive attitude toward change and a willingness to see new developments as opportunities.
