Job description

About the Company

Nord-Ostsee Automobile is one of Germany’s leading automotive retail groups, representing brands such as Mercedes-Benz, AMG, Aston Martin, smart, Hyundai, and Iveco. The company employs more than 1,600 people across 38 locations in Hamburg, Schleswig-Holstein, Brandenburg, and the Hannover region.

For its recruiting team in Hamburg-Alstertal, the company is looking for a Recruiter (m/w/d) to strengthen a three-person in-house recruiting team and help take internal recruiting to the next level. The goal is to serve as the central contact for applicants throughout the candidate journey and to ensure a consistent, efficient process for the overall organization.

Key Responsibilities

You will manage the complete recruiting cycle for one assigned business area, handling positions from the initial staffing request through to signed employment contracts. In the in-house recruiting setup, you act as a service partner and remain the main point of contact for the hiring manager in the relevant department as well as other stakeholders.

To fill vacancies, you will use the full range of recruiting tools and choose the right mix of measures based on your analysis, from social media campaigns to direct search outreach.

As part of the team, you will help improve recruiting processes, train leaders, and contribute to maintaining quality across the entire value chain. You will also support KPI tracking and keep an eye on your own performance metrics.

Working closely with the marketing team, you will help develop employer branding initiatives and support their execution.

Requirements

The role calls for solid recruiting experience, ideally complemented by a relevant degree or vocational training. You should be confident using passive recruiting channels and have strong expertise in active sourcing and direct approach methods.

Because international recruiting is becoming increasingly important, good English skills at C1 level are required. The company is also looking for someone who thinks in a structured way and works independently.

Since you will collaborate with many stakeholders across 38 centers in four federal states, empathy and assertiveness are both important. Experience with employer branding and awareness of current recruiting trends will help you contribute to greater visibility in a competitive talent market.

Benefits

The company offers a pension plan, special employee conditions, a wide range of training and development opportunities, a guaranteed apprenticeship place for employees’ children, fresh fruit, beverages, a modern workplace, strong team spirit, short communication lines, and regular team events.

Additional Information

The team values interest in the role and looks forward to getting to know suitable candidates.
