Role Overview
This position is for a senior recruiter focused on US IT hiring, with a strong emphasis on OPT-based recruitment. The role is based in Hyderabad and involves managing hiring needs for US clients across technology positions.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle the complete OPT recruitment cycle, beginning with sourcing and continuing through candidate placement.
- Find qualified candidates using tools and channels such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, and job boards.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and support candidate shortlisting and selection.
