Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled Service and Warranty Administrator who has experience in large-scale home building. This role demands strong interpersonal abilities and a capacity to efficiently manage the workflow of various projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the workflow for a set portfolio of jobs ensuring smooth process management.
- Keep customers informed with timely updates regarding their service or warranty status.
- Organize scheduling for tradespeople and services to promptly address and resolve any arising issues.
- Communicate and cooperate effectively with stakeholders including customers, suppliers, and trades.
- Provide support to the Service and Warranty Supervisors and Technicians.
- Maintain a high standard of customer experience with a focus on delivering positive outcomes.
Qualifications and Experience
- Familiarity with VBA guidelines and understanding of the construction lifecycle.
- A comprehensive and versatile skill set suitable for the role.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within team settings.
- Certification IV in Building and Construction is highly preferred.
