Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled Service and Warranty Administrator who has experience in large-scale home building. This role demands strong interpersonal abilities and a capacity to efficiently manage the workflow of various projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the workflow for a set portfolio of jobs ensuring smooth process management.
• Keep customers informed with timely updates regarding their service or warranty status.
• Organize scheduling for tradespeople and services to promptly address and resolve any arising issues.
• Communicate and cooperate effectively with stakeholders including customers, suppliers, and trades.
• Provide support to the Service and Warranty Supervisors and Technicians.
• Maintain a high standard of customer experience with a focus on delivering positive outcomes.

Qualifications and Experience

• Familiarity with VBA guidelines and understanding of the construction lifecycle.
• A comprehensive and versatile skill set suitable for the role.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within team settings.
• Certification IV in Building and Construction is highly preferred.
