- Direct efforts in onsite optimization, managing page elements such as titles, URLs, internal linking, redirects, and content updates.
- Conduct in-depth keyword research to inform content direction and identify new opportunities.
- Monitor SEO performance—track rankings, analyze data, and fine-tune campaigns as needed.
- Produce ongoing SEO performance reports for clients and management, and iterate strategies to achieve key performance indicators.
- Manage complex website projects such as migrations, content overhauls, and redirect planning.
- Stay updated with the latest SEO practices and technologies, and mentor team members to build their capabilities.

- Demonstrated expertise in managing and optimizing large-scale and technically complex websites, including site migrations.
- High proficiency with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, SEMRush, and Ahrefs.
- Hands-on experience with internal site search optimization strategies.
- Solid foundational knowledge of HTML and CSS.
- Track record of strategic problem-solving in creating and executing SEO improvements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related area preferred.
