Job Overview

This is a fully remote full-time opportunity based in LATAM for a Senior Video Content Producer & Podcast Editor to work with a prestigious U.S. luxury lifestyle brand. The role focuses on shaping content strategy and enhancing visual storytelling across multiple platforms, including podcasts and their broadcast network.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead video editing for two widely followed podcasts, converting lengthy conversations into engaging short-form clips optimized for YouTube, social media, and broadcast platforms.
• Develop and manage the editorial calendar for a location-based broadcast network, producing and curating diverse content including podcast highlights, interviews, member stories, live events, community activities, lifestyle and entertainment features, and branded partnerships.
• Collaborate with videographers, social media teams, and other internal departments to define content priorities and provide creative oversight on storytelling, pacing, graphics, transitions, and production quality, ensuring alignment with a luxury brand aesthetic.
• Implement AI-driven creative workflows using tools like Claude Cowork alongside advanced editing software to boost productivity and innovation.
• Discover culturally relevant content tailored for U.S. audiences, staying informed on entertainment, internet culture, podcast trends, and creators to maximize content engagement and shareability.
• Analyze content performance metrics to refine production strategies and suggest new formats or creative enhancements.

Qualifications & Skills

• At least five years of professional experience in video production, digital media, television, podcast editing, or related creative fields.
• Proven expertise in professional video editing and podcast post-production, evidenced by a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in advanced editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, and AI-powered creative tools like Claude Cowork.
• Deep familiarity with U.S. culture, entertainment, humor, and digital trends, alongside experience working with luxury, lifestyle, or premium consumer brands.
• Exceptional storytelling and editorial judgment, with native or C2-level English communication skills.
• Valid U.S. visa and willingness to travel to Texas once or twice annually.

Preferred Experience

• Background in producing content for television, streaming services, or prominent digital media outlets.
• Experience launching recurring video series, internet shows, or professional podcast productions.
• Prior living experience in the U.S. or extensive knowledge of American consumer trends and culture.
• Advanced skills in motion graphics, animation, color grading, or post-production techniques.

Additional Information

• Remote work arrangement open to LATAM-based professionals.
• Submission of resume/CV must be in English along with a portfolio or demo reel of professional video editing work.
• Native or C2 English proficiency is mandatory.
• Valid U.S. visa required due to occasional travel.
• Besides monthly salary, a performance bonus is included.
• Compensation ranges between $2,000 and $2,500 USD monthly.
