Role Summary
The Senior Vice President, Product & Strategy is a top executive responsible for shaping and implementing the strategic direction, product portfolio management, commercialization, and lifecycle oversight of iHeartMedia’s software solutions. This position leads the Product Management team and ensures delivery of innovative SaaS and on-premises products that generate measurable value and advance sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a multi-year enterprise product vision and strategy for a diverse software portfolio.
- Lead and nurture a high-performing Product Management team, including Directors and Product Managers.
- Set portfolio investment priorities balancing customer requirements, market potential, innovation, technical modernization, and financial goals.
- Drive portfolio outcomes such as revenue growth, Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR), customer retention, product uptake, profitability, and market expansion.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering to prioritize investments, execute roadmaps, modernize platforms, and define technology strategies.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Operations to align product strategy with commercialization, pricing, packaging and go-to-market actions.
- Lead Voice of Customer initiatives using customer research, advisory boards, competitive intelligence, market analyses, and customer journey mapping.
- Advocate adoption of contemporary Product Management methodologies, governance, performance metrics, AI-powered tools, and ongoing improvement.
- Assess emerging technologies, market trends, and competitors to spot new product opportunities and growth initiatives.
- Represent product strategy and direction to executives, customers, strategic partners, and industry groups.
- Monitor key performance indicators to ensure strategic objectives are met and executed successfully.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in Product Management, including executive leadership roles in enterprise software.
- Demonstrated ability to lead Product Management organizations of 20+ team members across multiple leadership levels.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing portfolios comprising both SaaS and on-premises enterprise software.
- Background in media technology, broadcast, communications or similar enterprise software industries.
- Experience driving product modernization, cloud transitions, or AI-focused initiatives.
- MBA or comparable executive leadership credentials.
- Proven success in building, transforming, or scaling Product Management teams.
- Strong track record crafting and executing enterprise product strategies that promote business growth and customer value.
- Experience with subscription-based SaaS businesses, recurring revenue models, and software portfolio management.
- Ability to synchronize Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Operations toward common goals.
- Expertise developing pricing, packaging, and commercialization approaches for enterprise software.
- Customer-centric leadership with Voice of Customer program and market research proficiency.
- Technical fluency for effective collaboration with Engineering on roadmap, architecture, and delivery planning.
- Familiarity with Product Management software like Aha!, Jira, Figma, Productboard, including AI-enabled tools.
- Outstanding executive communication, strategic thinking, organizational, and leadership skills.
