This opening is for a Product Manager on the Custody team, based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, with a focus on the Middle East region.
Product Strategy and Ownership
- Take full ownership of the product roadmap for the Middle East, ensuring it supports both platform-wide direction and regional growth goals.
- Shape the product direction, scope, and performance measures for MENA custody services, covering onboarding, settlement, safekeeping, corporate actions, and reporting.
Market and Regulatory Engagement
- Serve as the main product contact for local market infrastructure organizations and regulators.
- Convert local regulatory, membership, and technical obligations into practical product plans and delivery actions.
- Work closely with Legal, Compliance, and Risk teams to maintain regulatory alignment and manage change effectively.
Delivery and Execution
- Partner with engineering and operations teams across platforms to turn business needs into ranked backlogs and delivery milestones.
- Contribute to quarterly planning by clarifying capacity, dependencies, and risks.
Stakeholder and Client Focus
- Coordinate with internal partners across the enterprise, including commercial teams, to align client demand with product capability.
- Use client and market input to guide product improvements and roadmap changes.
- Keep senior stakeholders informed about product progress, risks, and dependencies in a clear and timely way.
What You Need to Succeed
The role calls for experience in custody, securities services, or post-trade product management, along with strong exposure to MENA capital markets and market infrastructure. A solid grasp of custody operating structures, settlement processes, asset servicing, and market connectivity is essential. You should also have experience working with regulators or market utilities and be comfortable leading complex cross-functional delivery in regulated settings.
