Role overview
A fast-growing meat processing group is seeking a Senior Vice President of Operations to lead its expanding network of primary processing and value-added manufacturing sites. The organization is acquiring businesses intentionally and bringing them into the group at speed, so this appointment is centered on bringing order, consistency, and real change to a business that is evolving rapidly.
Reporting line and core focus
The position reports directly to the CEO and carries complete ownership for operational results across the wider site network. This is not only a day-to-day leadership role; it is also a major integration and transformation mandate.
Key responsibilities
You will be responsible for aligning operating practices across newly acquired locations, strengthening capability where gaps exist, improving efficiency across both primary and value-added operations, and creating the platform that supports continued acquisitions with confidence.
Candidate profile
The ideal leader will bring senior operations experience from large-scale, multi-site meat or protein processing environments. A background in leading post-acquisition integration, delivering transformation in complex manufacturing settings, and achieving lasting improvements in cost, quality, and throughput is essential.
