Role Overview

The Senior Vice President of Operations will be a pivotal leader responsible for directing and executing enterprise-wide operational strategies. This senior role involves partnering closely with the CEO and executive leadership to shape member experience, drive operational efficiency, and improve organizational performance across all primary service channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Translating company strategy into actionable operations across branches, call centers, risk management, payments, facilities, and operational support.
• Enhancing infrastructure, processes, and service delivery to facilitate scalable growth.
• Setting and enforcing performance standards, service quality measures, and risk controls.
• Leading initiatives to boost efficiency, incorporate new technologies, and enhance member satisfaction.
• Ensuring operational resilience, compliance readiness, and adherence to governance requirements.
• Guiding large teams, supporting department leaders, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

• Demonstrated ability to build and refine systems, processes, and service models.
• Data-driven approach to measuring performance and guiding strategy.
• Ability to influence at the executive level while mentoring emerging leaders.
• Balance between strategic thinking and attention to operational details.
