Role Overview

The Senior Vice President, Global Operations is a full-time remote leadership position focused on managing operational performance across the company’s international portfolio. The role is accountable for creating, putting into practice, and continuously improving operating systems and workflows that support business strategy and client delivery. It involves leading cross-border teams, improving how resources are deployed, partnering with project leaders to keep engineering and consultancy work on schedule, and strengthening operational standards across the business.

Key Focus Areas

• Lead and improve global operating frameworks and core business processes.
• Coordinate teams across regions to support project execution and service delivery.
• Track performance indicators, identify gaps, and drive efficiency improvements.
• Oversee operational risk management and compliance with applicable standards and regulations.
• Work with executive leadership on long-term planning, growth initiatives, and expansion into new and existing markets.
• Improve supply chain effectiveness, including sourcing, logistics, and vendor coordination.

Qualifications

• Strong background in operations management and continuous improvement.
• Experience managing supply chain activities across multiple regions.
• Ability to shape operational strategy and align resources to business goals.
• Solid project management experience with complex, multi-stakeholder assignments.
• Extensive senior leadership experience in global operations, ideally in engineering, construction, infrastructure, or professional services.
• Proven success in leading distributed, multicultural teams.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience using metrics, KPIs, and risk controls to improve performance.
• Academic qualification in engineering, business administration, operations management, or a related discipline; bachelor’s or master’s level preferred.
• Comfort with digital collaboration, project management, and operational analytics tools; exposure to BIM and infrastructure projects is a plus.
