Role Summary

The Chief Executive Officer will provide overall leadership for the organization in a full-time remote capacity. This position is responsible for shaping the company’s direction, keeping business functions aligned, and ensuring strong execution across finance, operations, business growth, and project delivery. The role also involves leading senior management, monitoring budgets and financial performance, and maintaining high service standards for clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set the organization’s long-term direction and refine its strategic priorities.
  • Oversee everyday business operations and ensure smooth coordination across departments.
  • Lead senior leadership teams and support effective decision-making across the business.
  • Track project pipelines and ensure delivery expectations are met.
  • Review budgets, financial performance, and overall business health.
  • Drive growth through strategic planning, sales leadership, and partnership building.
  • Maintain strong governance, compliance, and risk management practices.
  • Work closely with internal teams, clients, and outside stakeholders using digital tools to manage a distributed workforce.

Qualifications

  • Solid background in finance, including budgeting and financial analysis.
  • Hands-on experience managing operations and improving processes in complex, multi-disciplinary environments.
  • Capability in business planning and long-term strategic planning.
  • Proven ability in sales and business development, including client relationship building and market expansion.
  • Experience leading engineering, construction, or consultancy organizations, preferably in the UAE or regional markets.
  • Strong leadership, team management, and stakeholder communication skills, with comfort working remotely.
  • Exposure to governance, risk, and compliance responsibilities, including awareness of regional regulatory requirements.
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, business administration, management, or a closely related discipline.

Additional Information

This is a remote, full-time leadership position. The role is intended for a senior executive who can guide a distributed team, maintain operational discipline, and support sustainable business growth across multiple technical service areas.
