Role Overview

The Senior Vice President of Global Construction will lead the strategic planning and execution of hyperscale data center construction projects across Yondr's worldwide portfolio. This senior leadership position is critical to uphold Yondr’s construction standards, emphasizing safety, quality, timelines, reliability, and cost efficiency. Managing multiple projects and clients simultaneously, this role requires collaboration with diverse internal and external stakeholders to drive construction excellence globally.

Main Responsibilities

• Serve on the Global Data Center Execution leadership team.
• Oversee global pre-operations safety protocols for Yondr.
• Lead end-to-end construction delivery for multiple concurrent data center projects, ensuring adherence to project scopes, schedules, and budgets.
• Manage global activities from pre-construction phases, including due diligence, site acquisition, and permitting.
• Supervise global utility management from connection agreements through to site energization.
• Ensure full compliance and delivery of commissioning programs in accordance with stakeholder and customer expectations.
• Support development of Yondr's global project pipeline aligned with the five-year business plan.
• Collaborate closely with other data center execution pillars such as design, procurement, and commercial teams.
• Drive technical innovation, contribute to business strategy development, and refine Yondr’s data center blueprint.

Qualifications and Experience

• Demonstrated extensive experience in large-scale data center construction projects globally.
• Proven expertise in building and leading global construction execution teams.
• In-depth understanding of the data center construction supply chain, design-build projects, and global construction contract standards.
• Strong leadership with capability to manage multicultural teams and external partners.
• Successful track record managing complex, cross-functional, and multi-team capital projects.
• Robust commercial acumen with insights into how technical decisions impact budgets and schedules.
• Experience in risk mitigation, with excellent organizational and communication abilities.
• Innovative mindset to challenge conventional approaches and develop creative solutions.
• Proficiency in construction management software and related technologies.
