Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior User Acquisition Manager specializing in Facebook advertising for both web and app funnels within our core dating services like Dating.com and DateMyAge. The role predominantly targets the US and other top-tier markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Facebook user acquisition across web and app channels for our main dating platforms.
- Plan, launch, optimize, and expand campaigns with monthly budgets typically between $200,000 and $300,000 or more, with plans for growth.
- Maintain account and business manager structures, including tracking setups, domain management, whitelists, payment handling, and other operational essentials.
- Conduct systematic creative testing cycles involving hypothesis formulation, iteration processes, data-driven learning, and scaling effective campaigns.
- Drive automation improvements through scripting, rules, and third-party tool integrations, while documenting best practices for reliable channel scaling.
Candidate Expectations
- Proven, senior-level hands-on experience with Facebook user acquisition in web and B2C contexts, primarily focusing on the US and other Tier-1 markets (experience limited to CIS regions is not suitable).
- Experience managing substantial budgets of at least $100,000 per month, preferably closer to $200,000, with strong metrics-driven performance management (CPA, ROAS, LTV) and scaling strategies.
- In-depth knowledge of Facebook’s best practices in account structure, scaling, bidding, measurement, and troubleshooting, with a work split around 70–80% execution and 20–30% leadership of the channel.
- Familiarity or solid exposure to automation processes and a functional understanding of AI-supported creative iteration workflows.
Employee Benefits
- Fully remote full-time position.
- Competitive salary details shared during recruitment.
- 28 calendar vacation days annually.
- 7 additional wellness days per year for personal matters or recovery without sick leave.
- Referral bonuses up to $5,000 for successful hires.
- 50% funding support for professional development, including training and international events.
- Corporate discounts on English language lessons.
- Health benefits with up to $1,000 gross annual reimbursement if not covered by company insurance, applicable to self and close relatives.
- Workplace support including provision of ergonomic equipment and reimbursement of up to $1,000 every three years for coworking or home office setup.
- Internal gamified rewards system enabling bonus points exchange for merchandise, team activities, massages, and more.
