About the Role
Cadabams Care LLP is seeking a dynamic and persuasive Senior Tele Sales Executive to join their team in Bengaluru. This role involves proactively contacting prospective clients via phone, understanding their healthcare requirements, and successfully enrolling them into our home healthcare and caregiving solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Initiate outbound calls to potential customers using a given leads database.
- Clearly communicate the range of services offered, including elderly care, nursing care, and physiotherapy.
- Assess customer needs to suggest appropriate care plans tailored to their situation.
- Perform consistent follow-ups with leads to convert them successfully.
- Keep accurate and up-to-date records of all calls, leads, and follow-up activities within the CRM system.
- Meet or exceed established sales goals on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns with professionalism.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless onboarding of new clients.

Compensation: Salary ranges from 20,000 to 45,000 INR per month.
