Role Overview
Join Equentis Wealth Advisory Services Limited in Bengaluru as a Senior Tele Sales Executive. This role focuses on acquiring new retail customers and promoting equity subscription plans while delivering excellent client service in line with financial goals and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new retail business through digital leads, referrals, networking, and self-driven efforts.
- Analyze and comprehend clients' financial objectives, investment needs, and risk tolerance.
- Market and sell Equentis' equity subscription plans along with other wealth management products.
- Screen and qualify leads via outbound calls; respond promptly to incoming inquiries through phone, email, and online platforms.
- Establish and nurture enduring relationships by offering exemplary financial advisory support.
- Maintain precise client records, communication logs, and sales data in the CRM system.
- Work closely with marketing and pre-sales teams to optimize lead acquisition and conversions.
- Organize client meetings, virtual consultations, and product demonstrations as necessary.
- Meet or beat monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets consistently.
- Guarantee high client satisfaction through proactive communication and portfolio reviews.
- Keep abreast of evolving financial markets, products, and sector developments.
- Comply fully with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
